Jimmy is a law enforcement professional with over 27 years of service, currently serving as a Detective with the El Paso Police Department. For the past nine years, he has specialized in criminal investigations, human trafficking, vice, and patrol. Before relocating to El Paso, Jimmy proudly served as a Police Officer in Detroit for 18 years, gaining extensive experience in community policing and public safety.
 
Now, Jimmy is running for Constable in El Paso County, aiming to continue serving the community with integrity and commitment. His focus is on protecting seniors, standing up for renters, and advocating for the underserved rural areas of the county. He believes in bringing the badge back to the people through visibility, accessibility, and dedicated service.
 
Jimmy emphasizes that public safety isn’t just about arrests;  it’s about presence, prevention, and protecting the vulnerable. As Constable, Jimmy is committed to building trust, strengthening community relationships and ensuring every resident, no matter where they live, feels safe and supported.
